Swati Kirve

Swati Kirve is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in mobile application development, currently serving as the Front End Engineering Lead and Head of Mobile at Monument since September 2022. Kirve has a strong background in mobile technology, previously holding the position of Director of Mobile Apps at SHARAAI SOLUTIONS LTD since August 2013, and serving in various roles related to iOS development at major companies including Metro Bank (UK), UBS Wealth Management, Worldpay, and RBS Markets and International Banking. An alumnus of the University of Mumbai, Kirve holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and has a proven track record in leading cross-functional teams, driving innovation, and developing user-centric mobile applications.
