Olga Khabashesku

Olga Khabashesku is an Educational Consultant at Rice University since 2020. Prior to this role, Olga held the position of Director of Business and Technology Innovation at Monument Chemical, a part of The Heritage Group. Olga also has experience as a Director of Technology at Total and as a Chemical Advisor in Polystyrene at SABIC. Olga's expertise lies in process development, catalysis, and leading project teams in research and development of catalysts and processes for commodity chemicals. Olga holds a postdoctoral fellowship in Chemistry, Spectroscopy, Biochemistry, and Pharmaceuticals from Rice University, as well as multiple MBA degrees from the University of Houston, C.T. Bauer College of Business.
