Ted Olszanski is an experienced operations manager with a background in chemical engineering. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Monument Chemical since May 2023, Ted previously held the position of Operations Superintendent at Nouryon, where responsibilities included the safe operation of multiple production units and managing a team of 39 personnel. Prior experience at Ecoservices involved overseeing production activities at a sulfuric acid and hazardous waste facility, with roles ranging from Operations Manager to Operations Engineer. Ted's career also includes experience as an Instrumentation Engineer at Suncor Energy and as a Research Assistant at the Colorado Fuel Cell Center. Ted holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines.
