Dave Ellenbecker

Dave Ellenbecker has a diverse work experience in various roles related to facilities management, safety, and industrial hygiene. Dave has held positions such as Vice President Facilities Management at Regional Health, Director of Plant Operations at Regional Health, Deputy Chief of Staff at the Naval Board of Inspection and Survey, Industrial Hygienist and Certified Industrial Hygienist in the US Navy, Atlantic Fleet Safety Officer at Commander Surface Forces Atlantic, and Safety and Occupational Health Inspector at the Naval Board of Inspection and Survey. Dave has also served as the Industrial Hygiene Department Head at Naval Station, where they supervised a team of industrial hygienists and provided occupational health support to personnel stationed at NAVSTA San Diego.

Dave Ellenbecker has an M.S.P.H. in Industrial Hygiene from San Diego State University, which they obtained in 2004. Dave also has an M.B.A. in Environmental Management from National University, which they earned in 1998. Dave'sundergraduate degree is a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Minnesota, which they completed in 1990.
