Gemma Cerasi

Gemma Cerasi has a diverse work experience spanning over 18 years. Gemma began their career at Oracle as a Training Specialist before becoming the EMEA New Hire Sales Training Programme Manager. Gemma then worked at Ark Life as an Assistant Training Manager and later as an HR Lead. Gemma joined Aviva Ireland as an HRBP, Business Partnering, and then moved to Aviva as an HRBP, Business Partnering, Aviva Ireland. Gemma continued their HR career at Aviva Ireland as an HRBP, Business Partnering, Aviva Europe. Gemma then joined Ark Life as the Head of HR. Most recently, Gemma worked at Monument Insurance and Monument Re Group as the Group Head of HR.
