Gheorghe Birca

Gheorghe Birca is an experienced information security professional currently serving as an Information Security Architect at Monument Re Group since May 2022, where responsibilities include translating cybersecurity strategy into protective capabilities and implementing security solutions based on Zero Trust principles. Prior roles include Cyber Security Engineer at IDA Ireland and IT Networks Security Manager at Auxilion, where expertise in various aspects of cybersecurity and IT networks was developed. Gheorghe holds a Higher Diploma in Science in Computing, Information Technology from CCT College Dublin and has pursued further studies in computer systems networking and telecommunications, along with a solid educational foundation in mathematics and computer science from Licee Olymp in the Republic of Moldova.
