Jodie Finnegan is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in operations management and financial analysis within the insurance sector. Currently serving as the Group Finance Operations Manager at Monument Re Group since February 2022, Jodie previously held the role of Head of Underwriting Operations at Hamilton and earlier served as Operations Manager for both Hamilton and Ironshore Insurance. Jodie has demonstrated strong capabilities in designing and implementing management information systems, enhancing operational processes, and managing underwriting committees.
