Leon Douch

Leon Douch has a diverse work experience in the insurance and financial industry. Leon is currently the Chief Operating Officer - Investments at Monument Re Group, a position they started in January 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Trustee at MyBlackDog from January 2019 to October 2022. Leon also held various roles at Allianz Global Investors, Amundi, Jubilee Managing Agency Limited, Ascot Underwriting, and Abacus Underwriting, where they gained valuable expertise in insurance, finance, operations, and business development.

Leon Douch attended the University of Southampton from 1994 to 1998, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSC) degree in Economics and Business Economics.
