Patrick Smith is an experienced professional in the hospitality and customer service sectors, currently serving as an Usher at both The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts and Capital One Arena since 2022 and 2021, respectively. In addition, Patrick has held roles as a Guest Experience Usher for DC United and as a Guest Experience team member for the Washington Nationals since 2019, specializing in guest convenience and service management.
