Brad Matheson has a significant work experience in the field of youth therapy and mental health. Brad most recently served as the Vice President of Business Development at Monuments Academy since February 2023. Prior to that, they were the Head of Relationship Operations at Choose Mental Health starting from April 2021. Brad Matheson also held the position of Director of Marketing and Founding Partner at Monuments RTC from August 2018 to April 2021. With a career spanning over a decade, they served as Director of Admissions and Partner at Wingate Wilderness Therapy from March 2008 to August 2018. Brad also worked as Director of Marketing and Enrollment at Homeward Bound from June 2005 to November 2007, and as Director of Admissions at Outback Therapeutic Expeditions from February 2001 to March 2005.

Brad Matheson obtained their MBA degree from Brigham Young University, completing their studies between 2007 and 2009.

Monuments Academy

Monuments is a therapeutic school and treatment center that serves young men ages 13-17 and their families. Monuments creates a unique relational experience through relevant learning by utilizing clinical expertise, true horsemanship, progressive education and a community based living environment. Through customized treatment and individual success plans, each young man will find self-efficacy and life-long change. These collaborative plans are supported through individual, family and group therapy, an accredited, individualized high school experience and coupled with a rich entrepreneurial focus. Our mission is to ensure that each young man comes out of Monuments with a new and empowering narrative that helps him take responsibility for the decisions that set the course for his future. Monuments was designed to work congruently across treatment modalities, creating an atmosphere conducive to ultimate healing and lasting change.
