Fieke van der Lecq 🟥

Fieke Van der Lecq is a distinguished Professor of Pension Markets at the VU School of Business and Economics, Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, since December 2015. In addition to academic roles, Fieke serves as a Supervisory Board Member for Air Traffic Control Netherlands and Arriva Nederland, holding the position of chairman of the audit committee at both organizations. As of January 2024, Fieke is appointed as Government Commissioner for the Pensions Transition. Fieke also chairs the Audit Committee for the Stichting pensioenfonds IBM Nederland and holds leadership positions at Monuta Foundation, where Fieke is both Chairman and Board member. Fieke contributes as a Fellow and Chairman of the Editorial Board at Netspar and teaches executive programs at Erasmus Economics & Business and TIAS School for Business and Society. Additionally, as the owner of Ecovisie, Fieke combines academic insights with practical applications, supported by an impressive academic background with a doctoral degree in economics from the University of Groningen.
