Jessica de Man

Jessica de Man is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in human resources management. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Monuta since May 2023, Jessica previously held similar roles at EuroParcs and Coop Supermarkten, where responsibilities included developing and implementing HR policies and advising management on various HR matters across multiple locations. Previous experience includes advising management on employment conditions and optimizing HR processes at Lincoln Smitweld B.V., as well as executing HR policies and managing administration at CSU Cleaning Services. Jessica began the HR career as an HR Medewerker at Europa Have B.V. and further developed expertise in recruitment and staff planning through roles at Start People Inhouse Services and IKEA Group during internships. Jessica obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and Services from HAN University of Applied Sciences.
