Marlou Barink

Marlou Barink is currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Monuta since January 2024, supporting Monuta Verzekeringen and Monuta Holding. Prior to this role, Marlou worked as an HR Advisor at Achmea from February 2019 to January 2024, where responsibilities included shaping and implementing the strategic HR agenda at Centraal Beheer Bedrijven. Additionally, Marlou has experience as a Co-founder of Jong Achmea Adviesorgaan, emphasizing organizational and societal issues from a generational perspective. Earlier roles include HR Trainee and various HR-related internships at companies such as Rabobank and Philips. Marlou holds a Master of Science in Business Administration specialized in HR Innovation and Technology from the University of Twente and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from Saxion University of Applied Sciences.
