Tom Kliphuis

Tom Kliphuis is an experienced corporate leader with a diverse background in board governance and executive roles across multiple industries, particularly in health care and insurance. Currently serving as the Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Monuta, a prominent name in funeral services in the Netherlands, and as a member of the Supervisory Board at TVM verzekeringen and Meander Medisch Centrum, Kliphuis actively contributes to organizations navigating complex challenges. Prior roles include Director at Arene Digitale Zorg, oversight of M&A initiatives for Athora Group, and CEO of Athora Netherlands, among others. Kliphuis holds an extensive education background with certifications from INSEAD and IMD, coupled with a Master's Degree in Business Economics from the University of Groningen.
