Audrey Ren

Audrey Ren is an experienced operations leader currently serving as Senior Director and Head of Operations for the US at Monzo Bank, overseeing partnerships, payment operations, financial crime prevention, fraud, and customer support since March 2024. Prior to Monzo, Audrey held various leadership positions at Lyft from 2018 to January 2024, including Director of Driver Experience Operations, where management of a large team focused on enhancing the driver onboarding process was key. Additional roles at Lyft included Director of Global Operations Customer Success & Product Operations, General Manager for both Bay Wheels and Partner Operations, and Senior Manager in Business Strategy & Operations. Earlier experience includes managerial roles at Bain & Company and a corporate development internship at LinkedIn. Audrey holds an MBA from The Wharton School and has additional education from the University of California, Berkeley.
