Charles Carette is a seasoned product leader with extensive experience in AI and consumer experience. Currently serving as Director of Product – AI & Consumer Experience at Monzo Bank since May 2025, Charles previously held roles at Rappi, where significant achievements included building and leading a cross-functional Consumer AI product team, optimizing search and recommendation systems, and driving substantial revenue growth. As Co-Founder and CEO of Bambox, Charles pioneered a subscription-based e-commerce model for new parents in Argentina, achieving notable business growth.
