Donna Bradley

Donna Bradley is currently the Operational Risk Director at Monzo. Prior to that, they were the Head of Operational Risk at ClearBank from May 2019 to January 2020, and before that at Shawbrook Bank from November 2012 to May 2019. Donna has extensive experience in designing and implementing robust Operational Risk Frameworks, conducting scenario analysis workshops, and identifying and assessing gaps in controls and processes. Donna is also skilled in overseeing the completion of Risk and Control Self-Assessment processes, and ensuring that risks and actions are recognised and dealt with in a timely manner.
