Ian Searle

Ian Searle is a senior leader and regulatory expert currently serving as the Director of Compliance at Monzo, where they focus on second-line conduct and compliance risk. With over 15 years of experience in regulation, Ian previously held several significant roles within the Financial Conduct Authority, including Head of Consumer Policy & Outcomes and Head of Covid Tailored Support. Ian also worked at the Bank of England as a Manager in the Prudential Policy Directorate and has contributed to various regulatory initiatives throughout their career. Ian holds advanced degrees in International Relations and Banking from Durham University and the University of London.
