Jim McKeogh

Jim McKeogh is a seasoned financial crime analyst with extensive experience at Monzo Bank since October 2018, currently serving as a Senior Analyst in Fincrime Recoveries. In this role, Jim leads efforts to optimize fund recovery processes for victims of financial crime while minimizing operational costs. Previous positions at Monzo include Disputes Operations Analyst, Payments Operations Analyst, and Senior Fraud & Disputes Specialist, where Jim developed a deep understanding of transaction disputes and fraud typologies, managed significant projects, and implemented operational improvements. Prior to Monzo, Jim worked as a Shift Supervisor at Mitchells and Butlers, managing a large team and ensuring high standards of customer service. Jim holds a BSc in Mathematics from the University of Exeter and has achieved notable academic qualifications throughout earlier education.
