John Valencia

John Valencia has extensive experience in operations management and coordination. John started their career as an Operations Assistant at Aden & Anais, Inc. in July 2014, where they worked until February 2016. John then became an Operations Coordinator at Aden & Anais, Inc. from February 2016 to July 2017. Following this, John joined Heed Software as an Operations Manager in July 2017 and worked there until February 2019. Most recently, they worked at Monzo Bank, starting as a Supplier Operations Analyst in March 2019 and later becoming a Supplier Operations Manager in June 2020.

John Valencia received their Bachelor's degree in Operations Management and Information Systems from the State University of New York at Oswego from 2009 to 2013. In 2016 to 2017, they pursued an Information Systems MSc degree in Computing and Information Systems from Kingston University. In addition to their educational background, John also obtained a Team Kanban Practitioner certification from Actineo Consulting LLP in October 2016.
