Liz Musgrove has a comprehensive work history in various industries. Liz started their career as an Educational Assistant at Kumon in 2009 and later worked as a Shift Manager at McDonald's Canada. In 2011, Liz joined Watzin Veterinary Clinic as a Receptionist and Animal Care Attendant, where they stayed until 2016. During this time, they also worked as a Supplemental Media Planning and Buying Instructor at Sheridan College in 2015-2016. In 2016, Liz became an Athlete at Nike, followed by a role as a Supervisor at Starbucks from 2017 to 2019.

After that, Liz transitioned to a new sector and joined Monzo Bank in 2019. Liz started as a Social Media Expert and moved on to become a Financial Crime Specialist. Liz then took on various positions within Monzo Bank, such as Business Banking Financial Crime Specialist and Operations Product Partner for Plus/Premium & Savings. Currently, they hold the role of Operations Product Partner for Investments & Savings since 2022. Liz Musgrove has a diverse education history. Liz started their education journey in 2009 at Waterdown District High School, where they obtained their Secondary School Diploma in 2013. After completing high school, Liz attended Sheridan College from 2013 to 2016, where they earned an Advanced Diploma in Advertising and Marketing Communications Management. Following that, they pursued further education at the University of South Wales from 2016 to 2017, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business and Marketing.

In addition to their formal education, Liz has also obtained several certifications. Liz became a Certified Product Marketing Manager through the Product Marketing Alliance in January 2023. In June 2016, Liz completed a Nutrition Fundamentals certification from Royal Canin Canada. Liz also obtained an Ontario Workplace Health and Safety Certification from the Ontario Ministry of Labour in June 2014. Prior to that, in February 2012, they completed a Management Certification from McDonald's. Liz also holds a First Aid + CPR certification, although the institution where they obtained this certification is not mentioned.
