Lizzie Runham

Lizzie Runham currently serves as Chair for Speakers Trust and holds the position of HRVP COO & International at Meta since October 2021. Additionally, Lizzie is an Independent Non Executive Director at Monzo Bank. Prior roles include HRVP and Human Resources Director at Facebook from March 2018 to October 2021, Vice President of Human Resources for Asia Pacific at Johnson & Johnson from January 2014 to January 2018, and Managing Director of Human Resources within Standard Chartered Bank's Global Markets business from March 2010 to December 2013. Lizzie's extensive experience in human resources began with various positions at Standard Chartered Bank, Barclays Bank, Andersen Business Consulting, and McKinley Partnership. Lizzie holds an MA in History from the University of Cambridge and has completed executive education programs at Stanford University and Columbia Business School in Strategic Leadership and Organization Development, respectively.
