Natalie Gil

Natalie Gil has a diverse work experience in journalism and content management. Natalie currently works as a Content Manager at Monzo Bank since 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Freelance Journalist and Senior News Writer at Refinery29 UK from 2016 to 2019. Natalie also served as a Mentor at The Girls' Network since 2016. Natalie has freelanced for Guardian News & Media, contributing as a Journalist and Editorial Intern from 2013 to 2023. Natalie had an Editorial Internship at The Independent in 2014, where they conducted data analysis and investigative reporting. Natalie also gained experience as an Editorial Intern at Camden New Journal, Newsquest Media Group Ltd, Evening Standard, and The Times, where they worked on various reporting and editorial tasks. Additionally, they held positions as the Features Editor and News Editor at Cambridge Tab, where they commissioned, edited, and wrote features and news stories.

Natalie Gil's education history includes a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Politics, Psychology & Sociology from the University of Cambridge, which they obtained between 2010 and 2013. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Newspaper Journalism at City University London from 2013 to 2014.
