Rachel Kidd has a diverse work experience starting with their role as a Customer Service Coordinator at Jump from July 2018 to December 2018. Rachel then joined Monzo Bank in December 2018 as a Customer Operations Specialist, where they worked until November 2020. Rachel then transitioned to the role of Quality Assurance Specialist at Monzo Bank from November 2020 to October 2021, before being promoted to the position of Senior Quality Assurance Specialist. Currently, Rachel is serving as the Financial Crime Assurance Team Manager at Monzo Bank, a position they have held since October 2022.

Rachel Kidd completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) with Honours in Geography from Royal Holloway, University of London, between 2011 and 2014.
