Stuart Dillon serves as the Chief of Staff to the CTO at Monzo Bank since November 2025, following a tenure as Head of Platform Engineering and Head of Engineering Enablement at Paymentology from August 2023 to November 2025. Stuart’s early career began as a Software Engineer at Merrill Lynch. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science from Technological University Dublin and a Higher Diploma in Computer Science from University College Dublin.
