Tom Oldham

Tom Oldham is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across prominent companies. Currently serving as Group Chief Financial Officer at Monzo Bank since February 2025, Tom previously held the position of Chief Investment Officer at MOMBAK from July 2023 to December 2024. Prior to that, Tom was the Global Head of Financial Planning and Analysis at Nubank, overseeing critical financial functions from July 2019 to June 2023. Tom's earlier experience includes roles such as General Manager and BU Director at The Kraft Heinz Company, where P&L responsibility was held for a $200 million revenue business unit, as well as Director of Sales & eCommerce and Senior Finance Manager. Tom began a career in finance as an Equity Research Analyst at INOX Global Capital Management. Educational qualifications include a BA in Oriental Studies from the University of Cambridge and an MBA from London Business School.
