Jaclyn Tomlinson

Jaclyn Tomlinson is the current Chief People Officer at MOO. Prior to their current role, Jaclyn served as Leader of Talent Management at Amazon from August 2020 to August 2021. In this role, they were responsible for leading talent processes for four main business groups reporting to the CEO of Amazon. Her team supported these businesses through cyclical talent activities such as calibrating talent, succession planning, strategic organizational planning, and promotions. In addition to ensuring these processes were completed successfully, Jaclyn drove the conversation and supporting data to increase their effectiveness and raise the bar on talent conversations. Through these initiatives, they were able to design and execute projects related to organizational design, diversity and inclusion, high potential development, and organizational effectiveness. Jaclyn's role at Amazon supported approximately 45,000 employees in a combination of technical employees (hardware, software, science, etc), Product, Sales/Marketing, and multiple subsidiaries.

Prior to their role as Leader of Talent Management, Jaclyn served as Head of HR at Amazon Robotics from August 2016 to August 2018. In this role, they were responsible for all aspects of HR for Amazon Robotics. Jaclyn led a team of HR professionals who supported the organization through a period of rapid growth. Jaclyn was also responsible for developing and implementing policies and programs that supported the organization's culture and values.

Jaclyn Tomlinson pursued a BA in Clinical Psychology at Tufts University. Afterward, they pursued a Master's Degree in Organizational Psychology at William James College. Jaclyn has also acquired certifications from HRCI in PHR and SHRM in SHRM-CP.

Jaclyn Tomlinson reports to Richard Moross, Founder & CEO. They are on a team with Gina Cothey - Vice President, Global Marketing, Nick Ruotolo - Chief Operations Officer, and Claire Donald - VP, Engineering.
