Tammy Tremblay has over 20 years of work experience in various leadership roles focused on quality and process improvement. Tammy is currently the Director of Engineering and Quality at MOO. Prior to that, they held positions at Rogers Corporation, where they served as the Director of Quality Business Process Owner, Automotive Program Director, Director of Quality Systems, and Order to Cash and Procure to Pay Project Lead. Tammy also worked as a Six Sigma Master Black Belt and Six Sigma Black Belt, leading improvement projects and mentoring engineers on problem-solving and ISO compliance practices. Earlier in their career, Tammy was the Quality Manager/Black Belt at Sonoco, focusing on supplier quality and implementing quality systems compliant to GMP and 21CFR. Tammy also served as a Quality Engineer at Kings Electronics and a Six Sigma Black Belt at GE Appliances. Tammy began their career in the Management Trainee Program at Belden Wire and Cable, where they later became the Quality Manager. Overall, Tammy Tremblay has a strong background in quality management, process improvement, and leadership.

Tammy Tremblay's education history includes attending Villanova University in 2010 to study Lean Six Sigma. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Tennessee Technological University from 1992 to 1995.
