Cesar Augusto Salazar

Cesar Augusto Salazar has held three positions in the tech industry. In 2014, they were a Technical Lead at Kippo, a startup focused on providing an app for field sales force management. At Kippo, they were responsible for maintaining the infrastructure in AWS, coordination and planning of new developments, and reducing the load of the production database by 2x. In 2016, they were a Technical Lead at Moocho, the leading college rewards and payment app. At Moocho, they reduced the infrastructure costs by 4x in monthly billing and increased the number of monthly purchases, loyalty, and user retention by 35% by coordinating and developing a rewards system. In 2017, they became a Co-founder and Consultant at Userlab, a company dedicated to consulting and development of web software solutions, native and hybrid mobile applications. At Userlab, they coordinated and deployed several applications, collaborated as a consultant in the cloud infrastructure design on AWS, and coordinated the development team, administration, and planning of tasks oriented to monthly achievements under the Scrum methodology.

Cesar Augusto Salazar has an education history that spans from 2004 to 2019. From 2004 to 2009, they attended the Universidad Nacional Experimental de Guayana and earned an Informatics Engineer degree in Systems/Informatics/Development. From 2010 to 2011, they attended U.N.E.G and earned a Diplomado en Telecomunicaciones in Telecomunicaciones. Finally, from 2012 to 2014, they attended UNEG and earned a Master de Tecnologia de la Informacion in Information Technology. In addition, they have obtained three certifications: a Perito Forense Digital from REDLIF Guatemala in 2015, a Scrum Master Certified from SCRUMstudy in 2019, and a Scrum Fundamentals Certified from SCRUMstudy in 2019.
