Jeff Cottom

Jeff Cottom has had a varied and extensive work experience. Jeff started their career at Muzak in 2000 as an Account Coordinator and later became a Voice Consultant, responsible for scripting and staging on-hold message content. Jeff then worked as a National Account Lead before transitioning to the role of Operations Project Manager, where they managed project operations. In 2011, Jeff joined Mood Media as a Director of Project Management, leading a team and ensuring operational fulfillment needs were met. Jeff later became the Director of Strategic Accounts and then the Senior Director of Strategic Accounts and Service Management, overseeing core strategic account and service management functions. Finally, Jeff became the Vice President of Global Account Management for Mood Media, where they led a global account management team and focused on revenue retention and growth.

Jeff Cottom earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania, where they studied from 1995 to 1999.
