Karen Kellogg has extensive experience in leadership positions, primarily in customer service and support roles. Karen began their career at Deluxe in 1991 as the VP of Customer Service, where they focused on enabling customer success across various solutions. During their time at Deluxe, Karen was recognized for driving results, leading through transitions, and building passionate customer-centric teams. In 2010, they briefly served as the Executive Director of Partner Sales. In 2011, Karen joined Deluxe Corporation / Hostopia as the VP of Customer Service and Support, where they continued to oversee customer service operations until 2022. Karen then moved on to Mood Media, where they currently hold the position of VP of Global Technical Support and Service, as well as VP of Retention.

From 1986 to 1990, Karen Kellogg attended UMass Boston, but did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study.
