Adiela Gonen is currently the Head of Product at Moodify, focusing on AI-driven fragrance solutions. Previously, Adiela served as a Senior Product Manager at Nexar Inc. and was a member of the setup team at First Digital Bank, where they developed a new onboarding process. Earlier in their career, Adiela worked as a Senior UX Expert and Product Manager at Aman UI&Design, creating user experiences for various clients, including government and defense sectors. Adiela also gained valuable experience in academia as a Teaching Assistant at both Tel Aviv University and the University of Haifa, as well as a Research Assistant at Tel Aviv University’s Goldschleger Eye Institute. Adiela holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Political Science from Tel Aviv University and is pursuing a Master of Arts in Cognitive Psychology and Human Factors Engineering from Haifa University.
