Arnica Skulstad Laurice

Arnica Skulstad Laurice, SHRM-SCP, has extensive experience in human resources and performing arts. Currently serving as the People & Culture Business Partner at Moodle since December 2022, Arnica supports the global organization's mission and manages HR activities with a focus on US benefits and compliance. Prior roles include Director of HR at Venzee Technologies, where Arnica established HR functions for a tech startup, and operations and talent acquisition management at BaronHR Technical. Additionally, Arnica is a certified Associate Teacher of Fitzmaurice Voicework® and has taught acting and communications at Point Loma Nazarene University. With a Master of Fine Arts in Acting from Temple University and a Bachelor’s degree in Drama and Music from Trinity Western University, Arnica has also built a career in acting, participating in various theater productions while managing a successful independent entertainment career.
