Berta Maroto Martín

Berta Maroto Martín has over 15 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Berta started their career as a Helpdesk at Fundació Politècnica de Catalunya in 2002. Berta then worked as a Junior Developer at Ciberaula from 2004 to 2006. In 2006, Berta became a Developer at IN2 - INGENIERIA DE LA INFORMACION for a brief period. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as a Senior Event Coordinator at CMS - Credit Management Solutions. Berta also had freelance roles as a Developer and Translator from 2001 to 2016. Berta'smost recent role was as a Technical Assistant at Freelance from 2015 to 2016. Berta's most recent role, starting in 2016, is as a Project & Delivery Manager for the Branded Moodle App at Moodle.

Berta Maroto Martín is currently pursuing a degree in English Philology at the Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia - U.N.E.D. Berta started their studies in 2008 and is specializing in English, translation, and French. Before that, they completed their first cycle of Audiovisual Communication at Universitat Pompeu Fabra from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, they attended Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya from 1999 to 2003, where they completed their first cycle of Telecommunication Engineering. In addition to their academic qualifications, Berta obtained a certification in Foundations of Project Management from Coursera in March 2022.
