Elena Shkarubo, MBA

Elena Shkarubo, MBA has extensive work experience. Elena began their career in 2005 as a Mortgage Leader/ Sales Force Effectiveness Trainer at Raiffesen Bank (Belarus). In 2009, they were a Banking Products Business Analyst (Retail Banking Products Development) at System Technologies, Ltd., Belarus. From 2010 to 2012, Elena was the Head of Consumer Lending Department at CJSC VTB Bank (Belarus). Elena then moved to JSC MTS-Bank in 2012, where they were the Head of Consumer Loans Development. In 2018, Elena took on the role of BizDev @Multy.io, where they were responsible for driving up the adoption rate of Multy crypto wallet. In 2019, they became the Regional Advisor | YTILI Program at the German Marshall Fund and the Business Incubator Program Director at Demium. Finally, in 2021, Elena became the Chief Operating Officer at Moodmate.

Elena Shkarubo, MBA has a comprehensive education history. Elena obtained their Bachelor's degree in Finance and Credit from Belarusian State Economic University in Belarus from 2000 to 2005. Elena then obtained their Master's degree in Finance and Banking from Belarusian State University in Belarus from 2005 to 2007. In 2012 to 2014, they obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Strategic Management from Kingston University. In 2018, they attended the Silicon Castles Startup Executive Academy (SEA) in Salzburg to gain knowledge in Growing Startups. From 2019 to 2020, they obtained their Professional Coach ICU from the International Coaches Union. Finally, they are currently attending the Institute for the Future to study Futures Thinking, which they began in 2020 and is expected to finish in 2021.
