Rebecca Morris, PE, is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in civil engineering and management. Currently serving as Sr Engineering Manager at Moody and Associates, Inc. since 2021, Rebecca previously held the position of Site Division Manager at The Thrasher Group from July 2018 to 2021, and served as Engineering Manager at Dieffenbauch & Hritz, LLC from February 2014 to June 2018. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Civil Engineer at Alpha Associates, Incorporated from September 2000 to February 2014. Expertise includes highway design, site plan development, field engineering, traffic engineering, and hydrologic and hydraulic studies, along with cost estimating.
