Mark Aitchison

Mark Aitchison is a managing director with Baker Tilly and a member of the firm’s real estate advisory services team. Mark is a seasoned tax professional providing financial solutions to broker-dealers, registered investment advisors (RIAs), family offices, investors, and private equity firms, with a specialization in tax-advantaged real estates such as Delaware Statutory Trusts (DSTs) and opportunity zones. Mark has more than 20 years of experience. During his career, he has distributed more than 50 financial offerings with a combined value of over $1 billion. Prior to joining Baker Tilly in 2019, Mark held multiple vice president of sales positions for financial services companies.
