As managing partner of Baker Tilly’s New England region, Will leads a team of more than 200 seasoned business and financial professionals who serve a variety of industries, including life sciences, healthcare, technology, manufacturing, private equity, real estate and more. Instrumental in helping lead Baker Tilly toward its envisioned future, he provides leadership, management and strategic direction for the firm’s presence throughout Greater Boston and the New England region.

Will has an extensive track record as a trusted advisor to clients on a wide array of complex and challenging business issues. He is sought out for his unique insight and discerning ability to act as a sounding board for management and serves as part of a collaborative team to develop strategies and innovative solutions that allow clients to grow their businesses and optimize shareholder value.

Will specializes in transaction advisory and is highly regarded for his experience in deal structure from an economic and tax perspective. With his keen insight into the subtle nuances that can significantly impact deal value or deal risk, Will meticulously works varying angles of a transaction to achieve the best possible outcome for Baker Tilly’s clients. His event-based expertise is also concentrated in ownership designs relative to entity structures; stockholder, buy/sell and operating agreements; and the creation, evaluation and implementation of executive deferred and equity-based compensation plans.
