Austin Goerke

Austin Goerke has a diverse work experience. Austin started their career in 2014 as a College Financial Representative at Northwestern Mutual. In 2014, they also worked as a Utilities Analyst at Colorado State University College of Business. In 2015, they joined Lockton Companies as an Account Manager and worked until 2018. From 2012 to 2015, they held various roles at Colorado State University, including being an Intramural Sports Official and later becoming an Intramural Sports Manager. Currently, Austin is working at Moody Insurance Agency, where they started as a Risk Management Consultant in 2019 and is currently serving as the Vice President of Risk Management since August 2022.

Austin Goerke completed their education at Colorado State University from 2011 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance (Cum Laude). Their field of study was Financial Planning and Services. Prior to attending college, Austin attended Arapahoe High School from 2007 to 2011, but no degree or field of study is specified for their high school education.

In addition to their formal education, Austin Goerke has also obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2014, they obtained the Colorado Resident Producer P&C and L&H certification from DORA. In 2017, they earned the CRIS certification from the International Risk Management Institute, Inc. (IRMI). In 2022, they obtained the Associate in General Insurance (AINS) certification from The Institutes, followed by the Associate in Risk Management (ARM) certification from the same institution in 2023. Furthermore, they have completed the Student Leadership Series from Colorado State University Campus Recreation in 2013 and received a Certificate of Excellence from Special Olympics Colorado in 2011.
