Lola Ross

Co-Founder & Nutritionist at Moody Month

Lola Ross is a Registered Nutritionist and the Co-Founder of Moody Month. Lola has a passion for helping people lead healthier lives and has worked in the nutrition and health field for over 10 years.

Lola started their career as a nutritionist with Jubilee Hall Trust, where they managed a nutrition and healthy lifestyle programme for people managing obesity. Lola then went on to co-found Canteen Mag, an online platform for teenagers to help them find out more about nutrition and healthy living. As the editor of Canteen Mag, Lola was responsible for content creation and the engagement of experts, youth contributors and artists.

In their current role as Co-Founder & Nutritionist at Moody Month, Lola is responsible for developing and delivering Moody Month's unique nutrition programmes which help women to manage their moods through food and lifestyle.

Lola Ross attended the University of Westminster, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences/Nutritional Therapy. Lola also attended CNM College of Naturopathic Medicine, where they studied Science Access - Biochemistry, Anatomy, Physiology. Additionally, Lola Ross has A Levels in English Literature, Govenment & Politics, and French from DLD and Fortismere School.

Lola Ross reports to Amy Thomson, Founder. They are on a team with Tara Scott - Head of Community, Ingrid Dahl-Olsen - CTO, and Karla Vitrone - Co-Founder & COO.
