Carole Chan is an experienced human resources professional with a career spanning over 16 years. Currently serving as the HR Service Process Lead at Moody's Corporation since December 2016, Carole previously held the position of Senior Associate within the same HR Connect APAC team. Prior experience includes roles at Intertrust Group as a Senior Human Resources Administrator, Thomson Reuters as a Human Resources Administrator, West Kowloon Cultural District Authority as a Human Resources Officer, and Winnington Group Limited as an HR & Admin Officer. Carole's career began at Grant Thornton LLP as a Human Resources Executive, where skills in HR management and administration were developed and refined.
