Cora H. currently serves as Securities Counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary at Moody's Corporation, a position held since July 2023. Previously, Cora worked at Milbank LLP as an Associate in Global Capital Markets, where representation of issuers and underwriters in various capital markets transactions occurred.
