Cuiyun Lin

Cuiyun Lin is a seasoned HR professional with over a decade of experience in employee relations and human resources management, currently serving as Vice President of Employee Relations for the APAC region at Moody's Corporation since July 2011. In this role, Cuiyun oversees employment matters, coaches business managers on performance management, and leads complex investigations to mitigate risk and maintain a productive work environment. Prior to this, Cuiyun held roles such as Assistant Vice President of Employee Relations and HR Business Partner in Southeast Asia, Japan, and Australia. Previous experience includes a position as Personnel Consultant at Adecco Singapore, and early career roles in education and client data management. Cuiyun holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical and Production Engineering from Nanyang Technological University Singapore.
