Janice Hofferber

Janice Hofferber, CFA, is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in public finance and corporate finance. Currently serving as Managing Director and Head of US Public Finance at Moody's Corporation since June 2006, Janice has also held various leadership roles within the company, including MD-Corporate Finance and Senior Vice President leading the Consumer Products and Tobacco sectors. Janice's previous positions include Managing Director at Fulcrum Global Partners, Director of Equity Research at Van der Moolen, and Vice President roles at both Moody's Corporation and JP Morgan Chase. Additionally, Janice has contributed to academia as an Adjunct Professor of Finance at Monmouth University Graduate School of Business. Janice holds an MBA in Finance from New York University Stern School of Business, a LEAD Certificate in Innovation and Leadership from Stanford University, and a BA in Psychology from Rutgers University.
