Melissa Barch Katz

Melissa Barch Katz is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in strategy and operations across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Talent Attraction Strategy & Innovation at Moody's Corporation, Melissa has previously held key positions such as Senior Director of TA Operations & Strategy at Zelis, and Director of Talent Acquisition Technology & Programs at AbbVie, where responsibilities included overseeing global talent acquisition processes. In addition to leadership roles at Unilever and AIG, Melissa has been an active board member of TALK, the largest society of Talent Acquisition professionals. Melissa holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Rhode Island.
