Teddy Smith is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client success management and risk assessment within the insurance and technology sectors. Currently serving as Associate Director of Client Success Management for Strategic Accounts at Moody's Corporation since May 2025, Teddy previously held roles at CAPE Analytics as Senior Client Success Manager and at CNA Insurance as Director of ERM Insurance Risk. Teddy's career began at RMS, where various leadership positions in model specialists focused on client satisfaction and model usage. Teddy's academic background includes a Master’s degree in Climate Science and Policy from Columbia University and a Bachelor’s degree in Geography from The Ohio State University.
