Julio Aguilar

Julio Aguilar has over 15 years of experience in various leadership roles within the medical devices industry. Julio started their career at Baxter Healthcare, where they served as the Manufacturing Director, responsible for managing assembly work centers and leading a team of 350 employees. Julio then transitioned to the role of Director of Engineering, overseeing new product introductions and processes.

Aguilar later joined Covidien, where they served as a Focus Factory Manager, leading production, maintenance, sustaining engineering, and planning teams for a Class II Device operation.
