Kimberly Smardz

Kimberly Smardz is an accomplished leader in Human Resources technology with over two decades of experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Since May 2021, Kimberly has served as the Director of Global Human Resources Technology at Moog Inc., following a decade at M&T Bank where roles included Administrative Vice President and Technology Senior Manager, overseeing HR transformation projects such as Workday implementations. Earlier career experiences include product management at BlueCross BlueShield of Western New York and web administration at M&T Bank. Kimberly holds an MBA in Strategic Management and a BS in Marketing from Niagara University, and has pursued further education at Harvard Extension School.
