Paul Wilkinson

Paul Wilkinson is an experienced HR leader currently serving as the Vice President and Chief HR Officer at Moog Inc. since July 2010, where Paul leads the company's global HR function, focusing on enhancing employee success and workplace culture. Previously, Paul held various senior HR roles within Moog, including Vice President and Global HR Director for the Aircraft Group, overseeing 4,500 employees across multiple regions, and Global Talent Director, responsible for talent management initiatives. Prior to Moog, Paul worked at Vodafone as a Senior HR Business Partner and served as an HR Manager at BT. Paul holds two Master of Arts degrees in Management and Business Law from Heriot-Watt University.
