With over ten years of management experience, they have successfully led global support teams across various domains including SQL, ETL processes, and customer service. Previously, Noam held roles as Director of Customer Care at Payoneer and served in multiple positions at Optimove, demonstrating a strong capability to achieve results in dynamic environments. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Shenkar College of Engineering, Design, and Art.
